BUT SO DETAILED YET AGAIN. So beautiful in a creepy way. Like the Nightmare Before Christmas movie.
I wonder, do you draw with pencil general outline, then use pen and fill in the small details? Ot just draw everything with pencil then use a really good eraser after pen?

Yep, I did the sketch with pencil then do the outline and detail with marker pen, it's not that hard. The key is how to use the right tip of the marker and the right pressure to apply so you can get thin or thick line. Also try to steady your hand when you need to make longer line.
You'll need to be careful when you erased the sketch. Because marker pen like the one I used tend to get the paper dirty with its color if it didn't dry up well.
